Sermon - 2008 March 28 - 11:00 aM First Baptist Church Of College Hill, Sermon Title: "A Pleasing Faith" Text: Hebrews 11:6 Emphasis: So many times in our Christian life we get caught up in chasing down and asking God for the material things in this life. The prosperity gospel would have us all to be millionaires with mansions on the hill for us all. God may well have all that in store for us because he does assure us that we would live life to the fullest (John 10:10). But if we are going to have an overflow in our lives, it will come because of a pleasing faithful relationship to God and not because we are in it for the benefits.
